Eco Swim currently ships to the 50 United States and APO/FPO addresses. Standard (typically ground), 2nd Day, and Next Day delivery options are available for shipments within the continental United States. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands will be shipped via standard delivery. At this time, we do not ship to international addresses.
Shipping charges shown in the table below include handling charges. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for returns. Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges policy for more information.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We process and ship orders after credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. It may be necessary for an Eco Swim representative to contact you to verify additional information. Orders received by 1:00pm ET on business days usually ship the same day for in-stock items. Express orders (2nd Day and Next Day) received by 1:00pm ET on business days, ship the same day for in-stock items. Express orders received after 1:00pm ET on business days ship the following business day.
Your order should arrive within 7 to 10 business days after it ships.

Most orders are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service); however we reserve the right to use any carrier of our choice. We will select the most efficient shipping carrier for your order.
We cannot split delivery for an order. Each order will be shipped to only one address. If you would like to send items to different addresses, please place a separate order for each address or call Customer Service at 1-855-326-7946 for assistance.
Our goal is to ship every order 100% complete. On occasion, it may be necessary to ship your items in multiple packages. In the event that your order is shipped in more than one package, you will not pay any additional shipping charges. Please note that multiple packages sometimes do not arrive in the same delivery. It is possible for multiple packages to arrive on different days, typically within one business day.
Tracking Your Order
After placing an order at Ecoswim.com, you will immediately receive an email confirmation. Then, on the day your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an additional email confirmation directly from UPS or USPS (depending upon which carrier we've chosen for your shipment) after 7:00pm ET. This email will contain the tracking information for your package(s) and you will be able to begin tracking your delivery within 24 hours after notification.
