What makes Eco Swim different from other brands? What size should I order? We recommend using our Size Chart to find your planet-perfect fit.
What are your wear and care instructions? Due to the fabric content of all Eco Swim products, we highly recommend caring for your garment according to the care label. As a general rule of care, we recommend hand washing your garment in cool clear water and line dry for proper care.
What are your suits made from? All Eco Swim products are made from recycled materials such as water bottles, fishing nets, and plastic bags, in an energy efficient process. Our woven labels are made from recycled polyester, and our linings are made from recycled fabric derived from post consumer waste. All of our fabrics are made from recycled nylon, polyester, and cotton. Even our bra cups are made from Eco Cell foam, a biodegradable material made from plant oils and recycled materials, eliminating the petroleum oil based foams of the polluted past.
Are Eco Swim swimsuits comfortable? Comfort comes in all shapes and forms. Although our suits are made from recycled materials, such as water bottles and plastic bags, you would certainly never know by the feel of it. We care about the fabric you’re putting on your body equally as we care about the environment. Therefore, we have committed ourselves to producing comfortable quality garments while maintaining our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint in the sand.
Where are Eco Swim products made? All Eco Swim products are made in the USA, reducing the use of fossil fuel up to 96.9%. We strive to source locally as our first option as well as reduce energy for travel time when creating our products, knowing the positive economic impact both will produce.
What does "slide" mean? The term "slide" is used to describe some of our garments, such as the Slide Halter Top (style 38525), in which the triangle shaped bikini top is able to slide across the attached band. This “sliding” technique allows for adjustability to accommodate cup sizes A through D, as well as allowing you to choose your level of comfort and appropriate placement for the bust.
Are your packing materials recycled? Every Eco Swim order we pack and ship is prepared with great care and concern for the environment. The hang tags on our garments have been made from recycled materials and are FSC Certified. The padded pouches that we use to ship your order are made in the USA and are 100% biodegradable, recyclable, and compostable. The paper that is used for printing your packing slip is FSC Certified, Green Seal Certified, Recycled, and made with 100% Certified Renewable Energy. If you are placing a return or exchange order, we highly encourage you to use the form on the reverse side of your packing slip in an effort to further reduce unnecessary paper waste.

How can I be sure my order went through? After submitting your order at Ecoswim.com, you should be directed to an Order Confirmation page. Immediately after, you should receive an order confirmation via email. If you are experiencing ordering issues or believe your order was not received, please let us know by using our Contact form or call Customer Service at 1-855-326-7946.
How can I check the status of my order? After your order ships, you will receive an e-mail notification which includes tracking information. If you have not yet received a shipment notification and would like to check the status of your order, please call Customer Service at 1-855-326-7946 or send us an email using our Contact form.
Can I change or cancel my order? If your order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel or make a change by calling Customer Service at 1-855-326-7946 or by sending us an email using our Contact form.
Do you accept returns for Eco Swim swimwear that was purchased at a retail store or a different website? We can only accept returns for merchandise that was purchased from Ecoswim.com. Likewise, any merchandise purchased from Ecoswim.com cannot be returned to a retail store.
The merchandise I ordered arrived damaged. Do I have to pay additional shipping charges to exchange it? No. If your order arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it at no additional charge and shipping fees will be waived.
Can I return or exchange an item after making alterations to it? We are unable to accept returns for any merchandise that has been altered. We cannot issue any reimbursements, store credit, or a refund for items that have been altered.
What method can I use to return merchandise? We highly recommend using UPS. For your convenience, a UPS return shipping label has been enclosed with your order. You may select a carrier other than UPS for your return, however you will be responsible for any shipping fees charged by the carrier.
